We salvage wood from barns, and old buildings in hopes of giving new life to lost and forgotten structures.
Some of the greatest structures of 18th and 19th centuries were barns and old buildings throughout the midwest and southern states. Virgin forests of various species of wood were plentiful and provided some of the best building material close by. The density and quality of the wood is unlike anything today. The history and stories from the generations of farmers and families are something that makes old wood like this something special and worth keeping out of any landfill or burn pile.
